changes/fixes:
- small changes and fixes in recipes
- added a direct Tech-Sign recipe because the game craft otherwise something that includes Tech-Signs
- added the Trader-Ultimate (works best with later yi-pfw -changes)
- changed high-power-lamp - gfx and icon
