Version 0.2.14 - Notes

- updated to 0.11.1 
- no idea where the 0.2.13 is ... lost somewhere
- removed driveable vehicle because way too much work to get this functional again
- if i remember correct, i changed also some fuel-values (2 weeks ago)
- some other tewaks
